    Aren't they just about the same? Run around, chuck up threes, play no defence.

    M'Dantoni will have a slightly better offensive system, but he's a dinosaur, he hasn't had any NBA success since 2007, and that was a 55 win Suns team that lost in the first round.

    I just don't get it. Makes no sense. It was a bad move when the Knicks hired him. It was a bad move when the Lakers hired him. It was a bad move when Philly put him as associate head coach.
    This is a bad move.

    His "system" isn't a dinosaur and it has evolved over time.
    He is still one of the two or three offensive minds in basketball.
    What Golden State runs is largely from D'Antoni through Alvin Gentry.

    Will he be structured enough? Will he be a decent person? Will he let his assistants coach/practice and emphasize defense? I don't know for sure but I have concerns.

    In terms of what exactly besides his shorting threes offense? Defense ? Leadership? Controlling stars ? Pressure during playoffs ? Desciplines ??

    Rockets will be better this year barring no setbacks in the FA pool.

    MDA has alot to prove, but he can do it.
