0-1 (Fagundez 3') Bad goalkeeping. NO reason for Willis to step back to make that angle wider and more difficult for him to stop. I hate seeing goalies make these mistakes when some of us don't need coaching for that and it's obvious. I'm sure he will kick himself when he saw what he did.
¡¡GOOOOOOOOOOL!! C. Maidana 45+' Houston 1 New England 1 Spoiler I think we may have gotten away with one.
Do we need a translator for the coach?!?!? I can't tell WTH he's saying. "He's speaking ENGLISH, dad." - Russ Griswold - European Vacation
Dammit, so close to getting a win only to allow a last-second tying goal. I'm ok with the result. A draw is fair. It's just too many mistakes on the defense side. The next 6 games on their schedule are tough, all were playoff teams last year.

My takeaways from the game... 1. Madiana is going to add a lot to this team...if he stays in the middle. Way too often he was out wide and playing against what I thought were his strengths. 2. Rico Clark is older. First goal came from his man because he was in a bad position. He needs to not start. 3. Will Bruin is still a s*itty soccer player. He tripped over the ball multiple times. He has no clue how to make a proper run (he follows the ball instead of moving to the space behind the defense). He keeps coming way too deep into the midfield (which likely caused Madiana to have to move wide). With his craptastic first touch, there's no reason for him to play in the midfield. Stay deep and poach. That's all he's good for but someone keeps lying to him by telling him he should dribble. He should not. To be fair, he made a nice play to set up the 3rd goal...after nearly falling down. He did assist on the 2nd but it was due to a poor first touch. 4. Get well soon, Deric. I think he makes the save on the first goal. Willis was ok but Deric is just better. 5. Sitting under the new supporters section is bad for pre-existing headaches. The drunken jackass sitting right behind me was worse. Cussing up a storm while sitting next to his 3-yr old. He kept saying he belonged up with the supporters. I agreed. Drunk, yelling, and no real soccer knowledge. He'd fit in perfectly.
i am a casual fan so i had not paid attention to all the roster changes, but they looked really good offensively speaking. Maidana looks like he will be able to create for the offense well enough. We just need to figure out the defense. Boniek looked really motivated coming off the bench.
Does anyone know anything about the "Field Seats" at BBVA? Im gonna be in town this weekend and wanna go to the game, these look to be the best seats but I can't find much info about them

Amazing experience, sitting in the front row, tons of goals. This team looks so much better from last season, finally a fun team to watch Maidana injury was just feet from me, sooooo much blood, absolutely brutal, hope he is ok
Nice to finally get one on them and to make it an ass-kicking is just icing on the cake. Hopefully the knocks to Barnes and (the other i forget) aren't too serious and they can make the trip to NYRB next week.
This offense looks unstoppable. 8 goals in 2 games! Last year it felt like we didn't hit mark until 10 games in.
