There is a nice, off the beaten path Chabad House in Cabo. Even if you aren't Jewish, it is a nice visit. Tell them you are contemplating Judaism, and you will get a lovely free meal with the village elders.
Golf, then fish. The beaches aren't that great there. Get a massage - the girls in town looked cute, and then go to the husband's day care strip joint. Of course after the massage you may not be interested in looking at women.
Fishing. Pretty cheap chartered boats where you can catch Mahi Mahi, Tuna (yellow fin), rooster fish, and marlin. Parasailing was fun there too.
Leave the billfish (marlin, sailfish) alone. Mahi mahi, grouper, snapper, yellowtail all day. Let the charterboat workers clean them for you, then let them recommend a restaurant for that evening. You give the restaurant a bunch of fish, they put it on the menu for everyone, you feast on free food and booze like a king.
