    I want that Russian young prospect from the Nets. He hasn't shown much yet but he has potential to be a great role player capable of creating his own offense a bit too.

    zackly, he needs to play, work with team, not overthink. Just rely on instincts and I think we saw some of that tonight.

    Seriously - Ty Lawson was your key acquisition - don't give up on him after 20 games - give it at least until Feb.

    Don't like the idea of selling low.

    Give him 5-8 minutes off the bench where he is running the show with the same 4 players and let them develop it.

    The guy is an expiring contract. There is no guarantee the team that trades for him can resign him.

    It's not as easy as that. He has to learn the plays that need to be called, he has to develop chemistry with the players so that they are on the same page when he makes play calls.

    It's like if I give you the keys to a Ferrari laferrari and said to you go do 82 laps of Laguna seca circuit, and do your best time. obviously at the start your going to drive tentatively and drive badly while you the learn the track, then you will start getting better at certain parts of the track because you gain a little confidence while still being bad in other sections, then eventually you will start putting it all together, because you had a good amount of time to learn each part of the track in detail


    I wasn't impressed with lawson at the start of the season but the last 2 games especially the Pelicans game I am seeing glimpses of the Nuggets lawson we we're hoping for. Let's just give him some more time to adapt and gain confidence in this system.
