I’m never going to understand how an innuendo like that could be considered “anti-gay”. His use isn’t anti-gay in the slightest. Just because he said the word homo doesn’t make it automatically offensive...

A couple of problems with 'no homo'... No homo could be interpreted literally to mean- no homos! So it's exclusive. Then it makes it seem like if you are not a homo, you can't express certain feelings and you certainly can't appreciate the size of your teammate's penis without raising a few eyebrows. But if you preface it with no homo, you can be as homo as you like.

 

"No homo, he's longer than you'd expect" -clearly not OK.

"Homo or no homo, he's longer than you'd expect." -Better, would be acceptable normally,.. but it's still exclusive..

"Whether you are homo, no homo, bi or trans or still undecided, he's longer than you'd expect" -the NBAs preferred answer

 

jokic should be expelled from the nba. this is highly offensive
