I'd love for United to get Schweinsteiger. Man, I can't believe he's just 30. Feels like he should be 33 or 34 but either way, who wouldn't welcome him with open arms?
I'm sure he still has enough left to contribute. I think it was ATW that mentioned Pep was willing(planning to?) let Schweini leave.
Why don't you see it happening?
Also, where are our reinforcements at CENTERBACK damnit? And I don't mean Sergio Ramos.

I know Wenger tried to get Schneiderlin last summer but I figure he might be content with Coq and I can see Spurs getting Schneiderlin instead.

ATW and Yung-T, what's the word on Schweinsteiger leaving Bayern and any reports over there about the likelihood of him going to United?

The Costa deal is happening/already verbally made, according to BILD and Sport1. 35mil, 5years contract. I've known him for years and he was one of the best Brazilian talents before joining Donezk, has been kinda stagnating in the last years though. Seems like a young Ribery with a left foot.

According to multiple sources and BILD, Bayern are still trying to sign di Maria as well.

Ah Douglas Costa, he had interest from the Premier league, the Middle East and other Asian teams

Very persistent rumors, all indicating a move to ManU for around 10-15mil.

His interviews and comments in the past months all made it sound like he'll leave, so I wouldn't be surprised.

All I can say is that Bayern would be disgraceful idiots to let him leave.

Donezk coach said the Costa to Bayern transfer is happening, so I think it's safe to say he's coming, unless Costa suffers a great injury during the Copa.

Looks like Scheniderlin is going to Man U.

Also, the same guy that broke Alexis Sanchez move to Arsenal is saying that Arturo Vidal has signed a 5 year contract with Arsenal.

    Again, football rumors so...........

Vidal is such a hothead and can be downright dirty but I can't think of a team in more need of someone like that than Arsenal. He would help in the midfield due to his skill and his attitude/angryness.

Like you said, if any team needs a somewhat downright dirty player and some toughness, its Arsenal.

That team is built soft, which is why they get their asses kicked every year in CL.

IF Arsenal get Vidal, they're for real. A front 6 of the below is deadly

    ----------Vidal------Ramsey-----
    Cazorla------Ozil----------Sanzhez
    ------------Giroud----------------

If they replace Giroud they can be a lot better.

Never heard of the guy. There is a crazy inflation going on in the UK due to these ridiculous TV contracts.

Clyne is a good get for Liverpool. I wanted United to sign him but I think they want a more experienced player than a high potential one. Liverpool badly need reinforcements in their full backs and got a very good one for a decent price (adjusting for English player in English market).

Clyne is a good English player, I actually think its a fair price. He can develop nicely playing for Pool. Its also important for the club to play English players and help develop them. Thats mostly the reason for English clubs paying so much for them.(Sterling,Ferdinand,Carroll,Downing.etc)

Looks like Schweinsteiger came out and said that he was staying. Kind of a coincidence since rumors that United are on the verge of landing Morgan Schneiderlin have picked up considerably over the weekend.

Knew the Schweinsteiger thing was too good to be true. Good lad though.

I had Clyne on my fantasy team last season so I sort of knew who he was. He was so-and-so...

    Petr Cech to Arsenal official.

Hard one for Mournhio to swallow.

I bet he tried everything to nix this transfer but was overridden by Abram.
