Yeah we beat a crap Mavs team but to get blown out 3 out of 4 games and humiliated in each of them is it really better? Rockets are the laughing stock of the whole league and no one will take this team seriously next year. I could see a lot of guys like Brewer, Ariza, Jones etc. losing confidence completely and carry that over to next season. Heck this loss alone will probably signal to Terry and Prigs that it's time to retire.

it's worse from the standpoint that harden and howard have looked really bad as far as mental makeup. i don't see other star players wanting to force a trade here this offseason..

this is a great point. its all a process. the rockets have to go through these things to finally break through, kind of like the clippers finally did against the spurs. we got the 2 seed, and advanced to the 2nd round. that is IMPROVEMENT from last season guys. just tip your hat to the better team. the rockets time will come.
Series isn't over. These next (hopefully) 3 games will say alot about the character of this team. Even with this loss. The guys on the bench are just shell-shocked. Giving up. I better not see this in Game 5. All be it... the refs took us out of our game and our lack of execution has put us own 3-1. If we do lose... I expect Morey to make significant moves in the offseason to get TOUGHER.

At the start of the season it was generally agreed that this team was missing a 3rd guy, upgrades at PG & PF. Instead the Rockets have gotten worse through injury. Yet, they are now supposed to be true contenders against one of their worst match ups?
