I think Baylor will win pretty easily tonight. I just don't like the matchup for Wisconsin on either side of the ball, and even though they played a great schedule, it didn't have teams like Baylor.

It would actually really help me win my NCAA pool if Wisconsin somehow won tonight, but I think as A3PO says, it would require Baylor laying a spastic egg of some sort, or maybe just having a cold, cold shooting night. (That sometimes happens after you have a whole 40 minutes at 65% or whatever. Heh.)

I think it's awesome that non-Baylor folks think this highly of BU's team! I never imagined that any athletic program at Baylor would reach those heights.

Regardless who wins tonight (hopefully Baylor), neither team will get past my wildcats in the elite 8. I've been looking forward to AZ putting a beating on SDSU all week. Arizona is going all the way, baby.

    BEAR DOWN!!!

Welp. Season turned out okay I suppose but still feel disappointed about not at least playing a competitive game.

As I expected, BU reached the Sweet 16 thanks to a very favorable seed and location (completely unfair to the 3 seed Creighton) by the committee. Now that they're no longer in SA and have to face a legit team, they are crumbling.

Looking ahead to next year, they are losing two important seniors in Heslip and Jefferson and is most likely losing Austin early to the NBA. Could Chery go as well?

They'll need O'Neale, Gathers, and Wainright to step up big. I don't see next year's team being an upgrade over this one. If Chery doesn't come back, this is a fringe bubble team. Should be in the tournament as long as Chery returns.

Drew got exposed (unsurprisingly) big-time by Bo Ryan.

Wisconsin was a machine on both ends of the court, incredibly well-prepared.

I liked when Ryan said he was unhappy at halftime because "we should have scored a lot more points against their zone."

Creighton got their ass run out the gym, and that had zero to do with geography.

I liked this team. They were an absolutely dead rudderless ship earlier in the season, but in turning that around I think this was Drew's best coaching job by far. One of the strangest teams I think I have ever seen before.

    Later losers!

And that's completely irrelevant. The 3 seed shouldn't have to play a true road game @ the 6 seed's home state.

That's great. But that didn't control the outcome of that game. You said BU beat Creighton because of location. BU was a nightmare matchup for Creighton, regardless of where that game gets played.

Dude, it wasn't even an overbearing HCA for the Bears against Creighton. We dominated that team from start to finish. So unfair to them? LOL stop it.

Oh you don't think we'll be better after losing Jefferson, Austin, Heslip? No ****, Sherlock.
