Houston has two $8.3 mil trade exemptions. Could use the Pellies' pick in a trade to get a very good bench player.

All is well in the world today.

Without the Harden robbery, none of this is possible. No Dwight. No Bosh. No title contention just 3 years removed from 34-win squad w/ Kevin Martin as #1.

So, this one goes out to Presti. Thank you, kind sir.

Really? In a thread filled with 300 pages of nonsense? There is one hypothetical in there. The trade with the Lakers and Pelicans have already taken place. I was more trying to show that the Pels pick can be used in a sign and trade now and let us keep just about everyone on our roster, including Jones and D-Mo. I figured it'd be easier to show a trade like that than to type a paragraph explaining it all.

That is why you complete the trade as a part of a multi-team trade. Which is what is most likely to take place if we do sign and trade for Bosh.

Seriously they had Morey backed into a corner, and all they could wrangle out of that was a late 1st rounder? Hilarious.

Per the Woj article, I love in the Lin trade that the LAKERS will "The Lakers will send cash and the rights to an overseas player, sources said."

Lakers are sending CASH BACK. LOL #morey

benefit of having multiple offers on the table. Competition drove the price of trading Lin down...I sure he used the 76ers offer (whatever that may be) as leverage. I wonder what Presti wanted in the end since it appeared an agreement for Lin and the 76ers was a 'done deal.' Hmmm..

Kudos to Morey..seems like a perfectly reasonable trade. For us

We can only use them if we SnT for Bosh. Otherwise we have to renounce both to sign Bosh with cap space.

Let Parsons go and throw some money at Stephenson. He would be cheaper and plays better defense, plus we have already seen he can score in the playoffs.
