    given the way the defender was standing (ie right between him and lin), choosing the harder option with no turnover chance is the better choice (see : portland)

    Always like these breakdowns.

    Another factor in the come back was rebounding.
    Blazers had the advantage 43-26 at the end of 3rd quarter.
    In 4th and OT, the Rockets out rebounded them 22-13.

    Which supports the idea that the Blazers got worn out by the 4th, and the Rockets remained steady and gained energy as the game went on.

    The Rockets, in the past 15 or so games, have been playing excellent D & rebounding well in the 4th quarter. I almost have the feeling that late in the game, they can come back from any deficeit or protect any lead. As Dream would say, "They're unbeatable!".
