What a surprise another diva future NBA player...oh well it's not like we have an opportunity at him. Can't wait for 3-4 years when he demands a trade from whatever small team gets him.

Haven't watched them a whole lot either. Saw the 2nd half of the UT game (whose collapse was spectacular), some of the loss to Oregon and a bit of this one. Muhammad is very good and will have a long NBA career. The ridiculous hype out of HS is unfortunate. I bet he regrets going to UCLA.

Any chance Shabazz drops to the rockets at 19 or 20?

Rockets won't have a pick if they make the playoffs.

Dude, if the Pistons end up getting this guy, they will be a dangerous team in the future. But I would love the Bobcats to get him. It will be fun to watch Michael Kidd and him play together.

Interesting. Most likely will mean nothing, but it shows that Morey is keeping the option of trading up in this draft open for now.

FYI, Rockets will probably interview every draft choice in this draft. They are very thorough and keep a book on each player, college through pro. Just data in their system. It in no wise indicate that they are thinking about trading up to take a guy.

From what I heard each team only get 18 interviews to use.

Doesn't mean they'll draft him. Same with Courtney Lee a few years back. They liked the kid but waited and traded for him.

At the draft combine, yes. Believe me, the Rox will talk to every kid in this draft. They've already got a book on each one.

I could see something like that happening. Shabazz, as rocky as his freshman year was, still has intriguing potential as a wing shot creator. I wouldn't be shocked at all if the Rockets had interest in trading down to get him using one of their bigs, and their second rounder. I guess it just all depends on where Muhammad falls on draft night, and how much the other team wants a young PF with nice potential.

He was exposed in college the same way O.J. Mayo was. Should have a decent NBA career but is definitely no superstar. Probably peaked in high school like so many guys.

He was older, bigger and stronger in high school..... that extra year really helped. His athletic limitations, like Mayo, are being exposed.

I think that we will trade Asik to Portland for 10th draft if we can get Howard
