So this is why I've been refreshing Clutchfans every ten minutes of every waking hour since Morey took over.
Not thrilled with the trade, anyone else? Not thrilled with the trade, anyone else? In hindsight, we gave up: Kyle Lowry, Kevin Martin, Jeremy Lamb, Dallas 1st round pick for an overrated Harden who can't be a number one scoring option -and that we will probably sign to the max? Jeremy Lamb will probably be as good, if not better, than Harden. Martin was a nice expiring contract - I just feel that we gave up too much for Harden, especially since there was no way OKC was going to keep him anyway.
So what's the roster now? Lin/Douglas Harden/Forbes Parsons/Delfino Ppat/Jones/Dmo (D-league)/Morris/ White (D-league) Asik/Smith Well at least we don't have to tank for Shabazz anymore. Future looks a lot better now.
OMG!! I sorta of believed in friedman when he says not highly possible rockets will trade 4 harden and I thought carl was pulling our legs .thanks WOW!! Anyone feel shocked? or predicted?
Yesssssssssssssssssssssss, the guy I wanted in 2013 offseason, feeling good. But what do we do with Daqeuan Cook, Cole Aldridge and Lazarr Hayward?
Seriously....who makes the cut now? Rockets just again took in more players than they gave up. Lots of players to cut and I guess Cook makes the team.
I don't see how you can definitively say that Lamb will be as good, or better, than Harden. Like...I really just don't see how that is possible at this point in their careers. Especially when Lamb was the 12th pick, and we all know how those mid first rounders seem to work out.
The Oklahoma City Thunder have agreed to trade star guard James Harden to the Houston Rockets, league sources told Yahoo! Sports.
