This is video mix of Omer Asik with Metallica's Seek and Destroy song. Bulls Announcers use Asik and Destroy when Omer does something outstanding on the court.

Over / under on how soon each of us gets tired of Bullard saying "Asik and Destroy"

    Around Thanskgiving for me.

best part of trading Budinger was no more "Hey Bud, let's party."

Don't worry, Bullard will think of something much less clever to repeat ad nauseum.

Nice video. He seems to box well He also benefitted from a lot of nice passes. It will be great to have that kind of size down low as long as we can get him the ball.

Thanks for the video. I think he will prove to be a worthwhile signing next year and prove all the naysayers wrong. Listening to his presser you could tell how passionate he is about the game and the opportunity.

He specifically mentioned how he was scared to try to expand his offensive game in Chicago and that he is looking forward to taking advantage of McHale's tutelage to try and improve it. I think it's safe to say that scoring was not a point of emphasis on the Bulls outside of D. Rose, especially for their back up center.

They might have even likely held that aspect of his game back because they didn't really need him to score, and also because they didn't want his market value to rise so that they could resign him long term for less. If they had resigned him for the full mle for 4 years or so at 5 mil per year, they likely would have begun to work with him while shopping noah.

That was a pretty good mix. I dig the metal music. I've always like Asik. That mix should've included his block/contest of Dwayne Wade's dunk/attacking the basket during last years playoffs. He's a big SOB.

The Rockets motto on offense should be:

    Shoot first, Asik later

    (Cuz....unoe....he sucks donkey **** on O)

Who said he has no offensive skills? He has the two hand dunk, hang and lift your legs thing down pat.
