Rockets Part of Mass Draftee Workout

The Nets also are the only other team to have a hybrid affiliation with a D-League team.
They did so after having lengthy talks to the Rockets about their experience.

Seems like the Rockets and Nets have a pretty good relationship.

Real teams work out players individually, not shuffling through mass workouts like assets.

 

Yeah, I saw it on some website says it's going to be in this month, however, Draft Lottery is on May 30th, and the combine should be after that right?

The Rockets have many individual workouts and don't leak them to the media like other teams.

I've always loved how the Rockets get involved in these mass workouts. It helps give the Rockets a leg up on other teams in scouting a lot of players, notably second round talents and undrafted free agents. This will pay off after the draft when the Rockets look to fill out their summer league team and when inviting guys to training camp. Moreover, this is a great tool in finding guys for the RGV Vipers, as well.

I could be wrong, but I think you got to receive a certain amount of rep(utation) before you can rep other posters.
