Before Gwinn was doing sports, he was a wannabe Rush Limbaugh doing an internet radio show. Michael Berry is head of programming for 790.

 

even if this is a joke it still makes sense

cause that would mean michael berry was at that bar with dylan gwinn

 

If In The Trenches works out, they can extend the show another hour and cut Gwinn.

I have to believe Gwinn is on the way out since he's only doing 1 hour a day. Maybe they are being nice to him until he finds another job. They have to realize he's terrible.

 

If Gwinn didn't talk in a stupid fake crazy voice he would actually be pretty good. I know you don't believe me because you can't get past the voice and how it makes everything he says sound silly but his content isn't half bad.

 

Enjoying the Berkman interview on 790 this morning but have to say that Lance Z. is the WORST interviewer I have ever heard. He constantly interrupts his subject before they can get an answer out by interjecting his own anecdotes. It's like Lance Z thinks he is interviewing himself.
Awful.

 

Lance is the only good thing that 790 has going for them at the moment.

 

I like Matt Thomas but it was better when he had his midday show.

 

it wasn't an interview. He was a guest on the show filling in an open spot.

 

Interview guest whatever this mornings show was by far the best show on Houston radio in a long time. I only was able to listened till 7:30, but it was awesome to hear something other than the Texans need a QB during my drive to work.

 

In other radio news, Ralph Cooper IS BACK on the radio @1520 KYND from 12-2. GET IN!!

 

I may have posted it in another thread but he has been on KTSU sports talk show on Saturday mornings.

 

I know this is a different subject, but does anyone know what's going on with Charlie P?

Any idea where he may wind up after his non-compete expires?

 

I have gotten to the point where I listen to Howard Stern in the AM and then 610 in the afternoon.
