This guy is really Indian, not Canadians who are of Indian descent. http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/7392937/prodigy-satnam-singh-bhamara-india-yao-ming-espn-magazine His father is 7'3'', mother is 6'9'' - compare that with Yao Ming who has 6'9'' and 6'3'' parents. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/ccZf4ejuwrM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
I'm Indian, so this would be awesome...but this guy sucks, he's slow, can't jump, and would get destroyed even in college. He's only in 9th grade so I HOPE he proves me wrong
Everyone knows Indians are terrible at all sports except maybe for cricket. This guy should go to med school where his people belong. Maybe he can have a career stalking NBA players. (just kidding in case anyone doesn't know)
Get him a personal trainer right now and he might be able to play D1. The kids he was going against were awful.
So now we have the Indian science experiement?? Who is next? Still waiting for that North Korean science experiment to show up.
One thing that I could only get a glimpse of was his running and it look horrid and slow. I only saw a much taller guy putting up layups on much shorter competition. He has time to learn and grow but definitely will need work.
You guys are expecting a 15 year old 7'1 kid to be agile and move fluidly? He's going to be clumsy until his growth slows.
