I hope J'Covan will actually pass the ball when he needs to.

We have that Mbongo (sp?) coming in, heard he's a better prospect than Joseph. Excited to see what he can bring.

    Barnes = Mack Brown.

He wont be appreciated for what he's done until he wins it all.... This could be the year

Have you looked at our roster this year? They are going to be a bubble NCAA team, which should make for an exciting season but not a national title. There is ONE player over 6'7", and that's Clint Chapman. They have 6 Freshmen, 3 JRs, and 2 SRs, with 2 of those upperclassmen being walkon guards that never should play.

Heard Cameron Ridley didn't sign his LOI with the Horns yesterday. Anyone know what is up with that?

Is he wavering, or is it just that he wasn't ready to officially sign? He is truly the centerpiece of that class, and that would be a huge loss if he goes elsewhere.

Still expected to sign maybe early next week.

Rumors say it's not really him wavering, just has some people in his ear. Pundits calling it an "ink dry" kind of recruitment,

    JVG announcing tonight

    I'm excited.

Maybe the only basketball we'll be seeing this year.

Anyone who doesn't appreciate Barnes is a complete moron.

With an abundance of youth/inexperience and absolutely no low-post presence, it's going to be a frustrating year for the Horns.

Holmes and McClellan are the X factors.

This Julian Lewis kid has impressed me today. I like the defense of this team too.

That's true. Help is on the way next season though.

Another impressive first half. I'm kind of surprised this team can play defense pretty well inside even with the lack of size in the paint.

KD is in the house too!

EDIT: Spoke too soon, team needs to finish the half stronger..

I think this might be more about playing Boston University and Rhode Island than anything else.
