Apparently I missed the inspiration for the "redneck" picks and I have looked for them since but can't find anything. Would someone mind telling me where the original image(s) is/are? Thanks. Need I mention that this thread is outstanding?
R2K posted a video of the redneck fans. They were dallas fans that were standing there 20 or so minutes after the Rockets had beaten the Mavs in Dallas and still seemed in shock. They were hilarious. I will post the video for you. give me a few min (its uploading) It is a small file.
To help everyone out the newpaper printed the wrong headline.. they printed the real loser as the winner.. anyone remember what president it was?? Edit- we should have the Hindenburg going down with the Mavs logo on it and some how have Dirk, Cuban and AJ on it too.. that would be funny, but I dont know crap about Photo Shop.. thegary has skills .... great job on those man. VesceySux though ... that is a classic. I feel bad I haven't propped everyone, but there are some real good ones in here that haven't gotten the love. Regarding the "rednecks", Rockets2K gets props for screen-capping that photo for us. It's in that thread that was referenced, but if you want to do a graphic, send me an email and I'll give you a link to a .PSD with a layer of them already cut out (I'd post it here but it's 1.6 megs and a lot of people who don't need it will still click on it). I've already done that work and would be happy to pass it around -- no sense in everyone else doing it also. Regarding the Boston Globe story, I did this graphic, but figured it would look better closer to black/white and with a story behind it.

VecseySux -- love the historical reference to "Dewey Beats Truman"!!! Can someone take that to the next level and put JVG's face over Truman's? That would be the "piece de resistance." I would, but I don't have any chop skills. I'm an idea man.
I haven't figured what "The Pain" is, because we have SOoOOooo many... so I did ANYTHING... OK, I believe this may be my last in this thread, borrowing from the "What Nickname should we give YAO and TMac?" thread way back in the offseason, when we signed TMac: That makes this my 4th picture... can I get some love... ?
