For a few games after the RoCo acquisition, we destroyed teams with the no center small ball system. Then, people learned how to play us, and teams like the knicks started challenging us. It's clear that this strategy had been figured out and that it won't work. I can't even pick the rockets in 2K.

We need to find a center that can sub in and out with Tyson and just hustle and get rebounds and kick it out. There has to be some guy in Europe, or some team that wants Danuel. Capela was great, but he can be replaced.

I clicked this thread to see what was this opportunity. "Some guy in Europe" or "some team" that wants House. Hmm. Very intriguing opportunities.

The strategy works, we just need better players than Jeff Green manning it.

so when they were beating teams like the lakers does your logic still apply? that it did work, since they did win or nah?

boy you know the garm is coming back when certain posts and threads start popping up.

Should have signed 6'9 Ray Spalding (7'5 wingspan) and 7'0 Dragan Bender (7'2 wingspan) to 2 Way Contracts instead of 6'4 Michael Frazier and 6'7 William Howard.

Still not too late to sign 6'9 Jonah Bolden (7'3 wingspan) and 6'6 Justin Anderson (44 vert and 7'0 wingspan) to 2 year option min vet contracts.

So you think adding a center means Rockets will never lose another game again?

    Nope...

Make this MDAs last hurrah with the Rockets!

He made his bed - now let him lie in it!

Then lets find a coach that can utilize 2 MVPs without resorting to high risk gimmick scenarios...

and no, @D-rock does NOT approve this message... lol!

Even if we could find some mythical giant that, when inserted into the starting lineup, makes the matchup more favorable...is it even legal?

No idea if teams can even add in players. No idea if there's enough time for the new player to gel within the system.

There's not exactly a ton of time for chemistry to develop - the rest of the regular season is more or less for getting players back into playing shape than it is at creating chemistry.

I can see why a simpleton would think that.

Small or big, an injured team is going to get blown out by crap teams.
