They are planning post pandemic Easier and safer to have all the teams play in one city for a tournament
Somehow I doubt it will happen, unless they make exceptions to profit and disregard social distancing for NBA players..
So again, even with no symptoms, all NBA players would get testing people with symptoms are waiting on? I would be against that BS.
they have to be tested and there aren’t many nba players total compared to the general public they obviously have access to resources it’s not about opinion. If the nba plays a tournament in Vegas they will test all the players for safety.
I honestly am beginning not to care about the NBA much anymore, after watching and cheering for the Rockets my whole life. The league is full of overpaid primadonnas.
Imagine the Lakers are facing the Rockets in the Finals, but James Harden tests positive for the virus just before so he can't play in that game. Would be unfair to crown a champion that way.
This would actually be good time for a small league to start. Based upon tv and who would like to be evolved, all while the nba pays its players for the downtime. I mean this should give the players a chance to keep in shape, all game could be organised on tv, and maybe somewhere where the players in the league lets say 12 teams 70-100 players, with the best 4 teams in playoffs with 5-6 team playing wildcard. Even some college players could get to play, or even some street ballers. Best out 25-30 game season, quarters only 8-10 mins long, all street ball! You could call it Players League or something. All players would stay in hotels near the courts, and be tested everyday to be cleared to play. Maybe get these courts in buildings all stated nicely, in big football arena, where the tv light up, no crowds just players etc.. perfect. For tv eye candy! It would be easy cause you dont have to add the seating!!!
