With the rockets having the next month off we need to solve multiple possible issues.
    1. First and for most we need compile a referee study sheet and save it for the playoffs our analytics department needs to compile games that Scott Foster, Tony Brothers Ken Mazur ref and we need to adjust game plans according to the way the call games. For example if a referee is harder on the whistle and historically calls hardens step back for push offs we need to compile data like under 10 secs a specific referees are highly likely to call a push off, or won’t call a foul running to rim etc. If we compile this. This will greatly help us in our playoff game plans and prevent past game 7 situation.

    2. Even tho we cannot practice more than 2 players at a time. We need to Atleast keep the players conditioning up

    3. Dantoni needs to study game film vs clippers, lakers, bucks to have extra preparation done to play them before even those teams start preparing for us.

    4. Get players like Gordon, Tucker back to literally 100%

this time period could be huge in helping us get an advantage we must use it wisely

It will be great to get everyone healthy, but the downside is so will every other team.

appreciate the gist of the thread, but regarding point #1 those zebras cannot be gameplanned for. they will find a way to ensure an all-LA WCF, their jobs depend on it.

I'm pretty sure basketball is the last thing on the minds of these players.

Family, friends, personal safety...strippers, then basketball. Mostly in that order.

This is absolutely amazing for players like Kawhi and Lebron who love to load manage

Daily practice in next 20-30+ days should not be an issue as to risk taking, as long as all players and coaching staff made sure below daily to-do-list getting checked:
    1. all players tested negative for the coronavirus
    2. daily social distancing (no restaurant, no saloons, no shopping, no clubs etc.)
    3. team shuttle bus door to door service on daily basis
    4. making sure gym equipment and everything in lockerroom get disinfected daily basis
    5. making sure TC staff on duty wearing masks and distancing players

Never underestimate the heart of a champion. It's the time.
(believe me, LBJ, AD, kawaii, PG won't rest and let all efforts in past 68-game down to drain.)

It’s going to be more then a month with the rate of the virus spreading before it’s under control. It could be months. Then you have to find a cure for it so I highly doubt this season will be played within a month

Can’t risk one player getting everbody sick.

Unless they can get their hands on some tech to test every player quickly and accurately pregame, then it just doesn’t work.

I don’t think we see the NBA until this thing is completely passed, so it could be late 2021, early 2022. People don’t understand how this is about to hit.

It will be interesting to see what they do, if they resume the current season, or just scrap it and have an offseason + new season.

Lebron played in 60/63 games this year.

Last year was filled with various injuries.

Year before that he played all 82 games.

Historically speaking he’s always been durable and didn’t miss games unless he was legit injured/sick.

Man I’m grown to the idea of this month off. Our guys needed more than anybody. We load manage less than anybody. Gordon will be able to finally recover from the nagging injuries. This is his audition. If we come back in one month and Gordon is still gimpy garbage, trade his ass without hesitation. Tucker and harden will get some Much needed rest.

I think it resumes in 1 month with regular season played in empty arena and playoffs possibly back open to public

#1 - LOL... I'm sure the Rockets have a massive database on this.
#3 - The Rockets have a video STAFF, and I'm sure D'Antoni didn't get to where he is through complacency.
