ClutchFans Game Thread: Timberwolves @ Rockets 3/10/2020

I’ll grant you a win is a win but it just wasn’t very impressive. If this same team shows up again Thursday night we will lose by 20 and you can shred me unmercifully if I’m wrong. Just wasn’t very impressed that we had scored 54 points at the 7 min mark in the 3rd qtr, that’s not winning basketball, let alone championship or even playoff level winning basketball.

 

Cats on this board still in denial about who’s team this is. Even the announcers know it. Lmaoooo. I love James, been defending him for years but once I came to this board and seen how cats shitted on Russ, I guess I took it on myself to defend him against all the attacks. I might be going a little too Hard on James, so I’m going to chill out.

This team goes as it’s best player goes in harden. If he is stinking it up they will replicate that. If he plays with no energy and plays with no enthusiasm it trickles down.

You are right Harden takes the biggest beating for sure, but he is “the best player in the league”** sooo comes with the territory, and you are right it’s his team and unfortunately if he doesn’t play like tonight almost every night in concert with Russ having a great game we just aren’t gonna win
many games thanks to a roster of mediocre players thanks to Tilman and Morey.

Only take away I have from this game is Deangelo Russell might be the worst defender in the league. Can someone make a video of him getting schooled so people will stop focusing on Hardens defense.

 

I’m happy they found a way to win and end the four-game losing streak. That said, there’s still a lot of room for improvement, and they are going to have to play much better to beat the Lakers in Los Angeles on Thursday.

 

My two cents...
It is Harden and Westbrook's team.. They are co-captains, they are Ying and Yang, they are smooth and intense, and if one don't "get cha" the other will.

 

Uhhhh.....I dont know about that one cheif, hard disagree. But...I agree with the rest.

 

More BS lame ass, I have supported the Russ trade fron the start and thru his initial struggles with Rockets.
