Thank you James. You brought us hope for almost a decade. We will see you again, but not yet, not yet...

The energy and movements are slower
This leads to turnovers and missed shots

I dont disagree but I would think we would start off fine and then as we tire out, end of 3rd quarter or in the 4th, the team and Harden tails off

But we are getting spanked almost immediately and blown out in the first quarter

This is extremely depressing to think about. I want James to win a title and I want it to be here.

Very shocked that Harden stopped doing step back 2’s. He was so deadly with those. Is it MDA to blame for him to stop doing those? If so, but I thought MDA let him play “freely”?

What does MDA have to do with Harden shooting 0-8 from three against the Clippers only to follow it up by going 2-11 his next game against the Hornets? Is he that dumb or have zero basketball IQ? I don’t think so??? Not really sure these last couple weeks though tbh.

You’d think after 1 bad shooting night and then getting off to a terrible start the next game you’d try and mix it up and try something different. I don’t think you really need a coach to tell you that. Anybody with the slightest bit of ball IQ and self awareness would or should realize that.

But it’s not just 1 game or even 2 games.... over his last 5 he’s gone 12-59 from deep. That’s 20% on high volume. Might as well have Russ start hoisting 3’s on a regular basis again instead.

He should’ve worked on something that was actually useful this past summer like a post up game, a fade-away jumper like (MJ, Kobe), moving without the ball to get open etc. instead we got his stupid one legged step back side step whatever BS 3 pointer when he’s not even a good shooter to begin with.

How people defend him year after year and give him a pass for everything is mind boggling. There’s always something with him and we’re not even in April or May yet this time.

Now Kawhi is using it in spades.

    Harden going somewhere in 2020-21?
Or just the end of contending with him?

Basically a repeat of what I said here.

    +Never had a losing season
    +Best season: 65-17
    -Worst season: 41-41
-Ran off Kevin McHale, Dwight Howard & Chris Paul

    2012-13: L Thunder 4-2
    2013-14: L Blazers 4-2
    2014-15: W Mavs 4-1; W Clippers 4-3; L Warriors 4-1
    2015-16: L Warriors 4-1
    2016-17: W Thunder 4-2; L Spurs 4-2
    2017-18: W Wolves 4-1; W Jazz 4-1; L Warriors 4-3
    2018-19: W Jazz 4-1; L Warriors 4-2

    Playoff failures/blunders are lengthy.

    Spurs Game 6
    Damian Lillard beating you (.9)
    Clippers comeback without him
Most turnovers in a playoff game (one of these Warriors series)
Lost to Durant/Cousin-less Warriors team in G5(Durant exits with 2 minutes left in the 3rd; Harden takes one shot in the final 7 minutes)
G6 no Durant, no Cousins, Curry/Green in foul trouble, Curry scoreless at half; up 89-82 before Steph goes nuclear & wins the game

They gave him the franchise, for better or for worse.

They run everything through one guy and jack up a bunch of threes. Backup plan? Like non.
Threes don't fall? 0-27? Just keep on shooting!
James has an off night (aka he's drunk, he's concussed, he went to the club, etc.), you're screwed.
Yeah tell me Kawhi & Steph can't do what he does. They also don't need everything ran through them, ball in their hands all the time or otherwise be pretty much useless.

No other superstar runs as hot and cold as this guy.
This guy has the highest of highs and lowest of lows.
When he's on, "best player in the league!"
When he's off, damn near unplayable. Beyond awful, like what the **** are you doing? Get him outta there ASAP.
What other star .. "Is AD concussed?" "Did KD go to the club?" "Is LeBron sober?" "Did Kawhi quit?" "Does Doncic have money on this game?" "Is Giannis trying to throw the game?"

But yeah, MVP runner-up, scoring titles, SportsCenter Top 10, swag champs, DJ, red carpet! Yeaaahhhh!

Respect, yet many here have said it. It just wasn't a popular opinion.

If both Harden and WB score 39 piece each, at least they go out with a bang!

So after we beat LA I checked the garm and saw the countless "time to eat crow", new paradigm, Harden&WB goat duo, golden Murray threads and collective orgasms, already crowning us champs.

Now after a losing streak I come back to the garm and see the entire page being obituaries and calls to blow the team up.

    Never change, Clutchfans.

He is 31. You can see with his hair that he is in some kind of stress in his life and maybe hooping is last thing on his mind right now. He will bounce back.

But truthfuly James is the type of player that plays good with team resolving around him and plays like **** when he is just a role player so his aging process in the nba may not go as smooth as Vince Carters

Just look at how more varied and explosive Harden's offense was.

This is the biggest fear with Harden. He will drop of a cliff once he isn't the Sun where the entire offense revolves around him. His entire offense right now is predicated on dominating the ball for lengthy periods of time from the shot clock.

Actually looking forward to a rebuild. Gives something else to root for and hopefully the take a less radical approach with the new coach and gm (probably).

Love you James, thanks for everything.
