Hell with that, you walk onto the court like you own it.

Then take what you want and make their women cheer you on.

Rockets are all big dicks now.

Calling Austin, Green and other Rockets "knee-ga" in other threads.

Everyone usually ignores him but he needs to be put down.

Covington is the better version of what Ariza was

    RoCo?

Ariza probably had the higher basketball IQ, is more experienced and was better at putting the ball on the floor than Covington, though he wasn’t great at that, just happens to be slightly better at it. But Covington is definitely the better 3 point shooter and seems to utilize his height and strength better on defense. Covington is definitely capable of being the better Rocket than Ariza.

Ariza can’t dribble or drive the ball.

Ariza was a crafty and tough defender. Knocked down open shots consistently but poor ball handler and not as good rebounder as Roco.

Well our starting lineup is extremely dominant. We know this. But a lot of those secondary lineups looked really bad. Dantoni/Morey definitely need to do some tinkering and figure out who works with who. At one point I think we had Green Rivers and Westbrook on the floor at once...I don't think that one is going to work. Also kind of surprised Demarre didn't play, I thought he would be more likely to get minutes than Green. Maybe he just needs more time with the team to get acclimated.

utah and houston records are basically the same. rockets didn't necessarily gain any ground with this win.

Nothing houston does is monumental at this point in the season.

gobert did dunk on covington weak ashe!

Lol I said this months ago when people were trashing thabo. He’s been the same exact player since the first OKC run. It’s no secret. But great team mate, wisdom, and can still play D. will be deployed situationally in playoffs. I’m not a fan of morey but moves like these make sense in terms of steady veteran presence in the locker room and great character guys.

Ariza was unbearable to watch if he wasn’t shooting 3 or playing tough D. The man had a lot of offensive limitations and him being immobile one offense with PJ limited that 2018 team in my opinion. Now the rockets have guys at the wing that can attack the rim in house, Covington, green. It will be interesting. I’m still very concerned about the playoffs and the rockets being able to sustain a 7 game series and I hope they unveil plan B with hartenstein and chandler if things go south. But Doesn’t seem like that’s the case and they’re fully committed to small ball. I think that’s a mistake with no plan B.

Need to give Carroll a look, don't feel Green's defense will be good enough to stay in a playoff game.
