    No one has ever accused Cuban of being cheap
    He’s also not a risk of selling the team
    Or giving the teams identity to China instead of Houston

    Eh , if you want to pick a former Rockets owner to hate on , it should be Charlie Thomas - He's the guy who traded away a league MVP because he was a cheapskate , only to watch that guy win a finals MVP the following year ....

    The point of this thread is to take shots at Les for stealing Tinman's trophies.

    Cant really knock Les for taking a $2.05B profit and running off to Florida .... I'd have probably gone to Costa Rica or Belize myself.

    I'd have left you the hardware ....

    Would you take Les back if he brought the trophies back ?


    He wasn't near as cheap as Ferntits .... paid the tax twice in 24 years.

    The only owners Tilman is better than is James Dolan and Robert Sarcee, and that’s really just do to longevity more than anything.

    You think Hakeem and Horry and Rudy T were under Les ?

    you know nothing about Rockets history

    and he sold the team for profit
    And stole the trophies
    And threatened to move the team to Louisville

    anyone who likes Les is not a rockets fan in my book

    if it was already a championship team why did owner before Les sell the team?? seems dumb. I know a little bit about Rockets history like when the team got blown up because it was filled with coke heads? Like that?

    he didnt steal trophies they were his like you said he bought them.

    les sold the team after getting Chris Paul to sign so he can raise the value of the team.
