Overall who cares. We’ve seen Harden shoot like garbage for a few games before. He’s still the best scorer and possibly playmaker in the league, and Russ isn’t too far behind....
Yep Russ has surprised me how good he really is . I’ll take him overrated curry anyday. Look at Curry being exposed now that he actually has to carry a team. Harden for years was carrying a bunch of scrubs on his back to 50 plus wins. Curry will be lucky to win 45 this season. Russ is better then overrated curry. Harden is without a doubt better
Russ plays with a vigor that can't be matched. Love his energy. Hoping for smarter situational play with games on the line
When both are on the floor Harden should play off ball more since he can shoot. Off topic I know... but have you watched Ja Morant. He’s like when Beard and Brodie have kid. Supremely Athlete like Russ with the offensive refinement and handle of Harden. I think skys limit for him.
Unfortunately I haven't. Never had time for college ball but will look out for his highlights. Heard great things
With Bregman, it's just bad luck, with Harden it's flat out being lazy. Dude gives up on plays as soon as things don't go his way. He slow walks all the time and ball watches all the time. Dude is lazy when he isn't dribbling the ball between his legs.
saying hes better is imho almost an insult to harden, harden is at least 2 levels above curry basketballwise on the other hand had harden been spared from unfriendly whistle like curry or was playing in the east for the last decade like lebron, or playing for a media friendly team(say lakers) theres no telling how much better he would be he would have been voted president of use by now had 8 finals appearances, 6 rings and multiple 70+ wins seasons

We've been seeing this type of play by Harden for years now minus a couple of seasons. These are ingrained habits and they are only going to get worse as he ages. The Rockets can survive the regular season with Harden being the laziest player in the NBA when he doesn't have the ball in his hands but that **** doesn't fly well against elite teams in the playoffs. It makes the offense immensely predictable.
