    Are you afraid of censorship/retaliation if you voice a moral/ethical take on the forum placement and content of OP's take? -- like Steve Kerr would be.

    Probably don't. I mean, shouldn't he know he's on a forum where you have to follow TOS or you get banned from Clutchfans

    Ban this guy. He did not read the TOS when he signed up on Clutchfans.com,. Therefore breaking the agreement when he accepted the TOS

    You don't know free speech till you get banned by Clutch

    I wish people would understand what free speech means - it appears many do not...

    Freedom of speech means you can say what you want without the government coming and locking you up - period! that's it - thats freedom of speech.

    Unfortunately many people believe freedom of speech is the ability to say what you want without fear of any repercussions - that is not true!

    Folks can say whatever they want - they are free to do so...
    but it does NOT mean:
    A) That they have to be given a platform to espouse their beliefs
    B) That their employer cant put them out of work for reflecting poorly upon their company
    C) That anybody else has to listen to or care about what they are saying.
    or
    D) That other folks cant rage about their comments and call them out.

    People always want to equate freedom of speech with altruistic messages - while not realizing that those same freedoms also extend to hate speech and general stupidity..

    Especially in this day and age the whole PC culture is about limiting freedom of speech - not allowing people to say things that offend others... sorry, you gotta take the good with the bad...

    I forget who said it... but "I may not agree with what you are saying - but I will defend your right to say it until my dying breath" - or something like that...

    something to think about...

    If I posted my view on China under my employee account, you know damn well my employer would fire my ass. That's most work place have a policy where you can't discuss religion or politic.

    Morey broke company policy.

    I am sure the TOS on this site say no religion, politic, or p*rn stars talk on GARM.

    It's also a principle that unpopular ideas should be heard and thoughtfully considered, and then given a chance to be either accepted or rejected on the merits by individuals. If you don't want to call that "free speech" then we should have another name for it, because that's important too.
