You can hate on Trump all you want, but he's right about Kerr. The dude did look afraid and uncertain of what to say in that clip. So did Curry. Morey sure opened a Pandora's box with that tweet. And I'm glad cuz if that's all it took to set off the Chinese government, then this was a ticking time bomb just waiting to go off.
You can't be right about this subject matter if you told Xi Jinping that it would be US policy to not mention Hing Kong if a trade deal went through.

I never said Trump wasn't a hypocrite on this matter although at least he can fall back on the excuse of not wanting to rock the boat while negotiating a trade deal(which BTW is a wise move politically). But it doesn't change the fact that Kerr and Curry look like phonies who are more motivated by their careers and bank accounts than doing what's right.
Both don't want to rock the boat for their respective interests. How can you not see that? For Kerr it would be "smart" to not rock the boat for his players especially those who don't have large contracts but still get decent show deals in China. For those players, that is their only avenue to make some serious money. Both are wrong. One is a hypocrite and a dumbass along with being the president.
I'm pretty sure Kerr was a 'chump' as well by blasting Trump and snubbing the WH visit a while back and making a national spectacle out of it. Kerr seems to have had it coming.

First off, this doesn’t belong in garm. We all think Harden is polarizing. Trump is on a whole other level. Love him or hate him, I found this clip hilarious. Trump is such a character. He provides so much material for impressionists. He’s the exact opposite of presidential and it’s extremely entertaining to me. I’m indifferent to him as president but the amount of attention and love/hate he gets is as entertaining as it gets. Back in middle school my friend and I made a crappy sketch video where Donald trump was a side character and he was president. We still laugh about it that it actually came true. He’s so not the presidential type.
As is everyone. Who in the NBA, or any group that has luctrative business ties with China, is rushing to condemn China right now? Certainly not the commissioner. Certainly not Morey, or Harden, or our owner. It’s pathetic to go after Kerr or Popovich or anyone else, selectively, because they happen to have expressed political viewpoints in the past or (in the case of Clutchfans) because they are members of a rival team.
