Is anyone else watching him in the BIG 3? Why is he not still with the Rockets?

Because he was terrible when he last played for the Rockets.

There's a big difference between the NBA and Big3. Old dudes who've lost a step can still play that game , not so much the NBA game.

Seriously, he’s the freshest out of the league of course he’s killing older players and overseas talent.

So you think if PJ TUcker was in the BIG 3 he'd be MVP? Running up almost 30 every game?

full court and half court have massive differences. Transition is a big part of the game.

Joe was a bigger 2 - 6'7 when he played.

Yes, I've been following him (http://bbs.clutchfans.net/index.php?threads/official-big3-thread.299837/) and he looks good, but it is the Big3 after all. When he was with us, he just couldn't get past anyone and only a couple of times he got a shot off with enough separation to even have a chance of hitting it. These guys in the Big3 don't defend near the NBA level, which is why you even see Cuttino, Rashard Lewis, Josh Smith, Amare dominate. Hell, Abdul-Rauf at 50 looked like a star last year. The ship has sailed on Joe's career in the NBA, but he found a spot to thrive so good for him.

By the way, our favourite Rocket Royce White came out with that nonsense about protocol for his disease as an excuse of why he didn't play and is now 'blackballed'. I'm wondering why is he then in the Big3 now, does Ice Cube have something in place? My guess is his ego is so big that he just wants to show the NBA what they're missing out on, to continue his attention seeking and if at some point he gets an offer, the bait has worked and he can be in the spotlight again with a great article about how he's the victim in all of this.

THIS, Joe Johnson cannot stop a nose bleed let alone an NBA player these days. While MDA would normally approve in a contract year seriously doubt it.

He’s an iso player. He doesn’t fit as a 3 and D guy which is what we needed on the rockets

This is the old players league, like people who are now 37-50. They look good playing each other, but hell joe is only 38, so hes like a rookie. lol ..
Belive me everything is slowed down, plus its half court lol. Old nba players doing a bit of street ballin.

Lot of these guys are using black dye on there beards, and they still got some athletism from being nba players, but you put them in the nba, they'd look like old skeltons, just lost out there, because the full court game would get them tired, and the new blood would be all way too much for them.

None of the guys you mentioned are on there are doing that well. If you're actually watching the Big 3 they are all on losing teams except Cutino who is winning because he has a great collective team. Joe on the other hand is winning by himself every game that team would be on the bottom on the standings if he doesnt play. Not saying he'd still be a star in the NBA but I think he still has the ability to be a great role player in him. I also partly blame MDA's system.
