I don't think there is any doubt about this.

You can tell how he frames his comments and statements.

He attempts to make an educated guess and pass it off as inside information.

Also it is my understanding that his politics and personality has rubbed a lot of players and people around the game the wrong way.

You have to give it to Broussard though.... he has made a very successful career out of BS.

The guys that would not speculate (Aldridge) were left behind.

Broussard is fed a lot of false information. He did himself in with the players/coaches/NBA people a few years ago when he started preaching to them about their off-court conduct and their lack of character and he promoted his Christianity. Similar to Mark Jackson he's been somewhat blackballed. He does get information but the vast majority of the time it's intentionally erroneous so they can make fun of him. And as a result, yes, he tries to read between the lines many times. Unfortunately, the NBA family wants him to go away.

 

I remember thinking the Paul George thing was crazy talk but I'll be darned if it didn't happen. i don't know if it was a lucky guess or if he has some form of inside knowledge but i had to ask myself:

These man here rely on fakes like rasheed, plowman, codman, nook, basketballaoholic, eddie calcao who haven't gotten a thing right in years while discrediting man like bigbum who is the only one who has even come remotely close to calling it spot on in his short time here

 

No, just pointing out that you lack the wisdom and maturity level of someone your age, so maybe you should start associating more with your friend instead of his teenage son.

Not a huge fan of Gary Vee but I decided to listen.

He mentions Russ several times. Calls him his best friend. Talks about how good the pregame style in Houston is going to be this year with PJ, Russ and Harden.

 

Best friend?! Russ and Love, that’s an odd pairing.

We don't know the real Russ. We know the Russ that he shows. For some reason he is super sour on the media and acts like a prick to them. Teammates and coaches say he's wonderful and a cool person.
