Its crazy to think that when correa comes back, Reddick will be hitting 8th and gurriel will be hitting 7th

Correa should be behind Yuli when he returns to the lineup, IMO. #EarnIt #TakeItBack CC!!

It is hard to believe we are one player away from being full strength in the batters box. That plus Yordan is pretty damn exciting.

If he shows that he's back and able to hit big league pitching, by all means, move him up higher in the order. I would not hand him the 4th/5th spot in the order on day 1 off of the DL. Only way I could justify it would be to have Yuli be protection for him so he gets better pitches to hit, but not exactly fair to Yuli.

So, we only need to dump one player when Correa returns and it is down to Kemp or Straw? I would say that, if you can't send Kemp down because he's out of options, then you send Straw down and keep Kemp. It may suck for Straw but he'll be back up when the rosters expand. Am I right?

Would you do the same with Bregman, Altuve, Springer, or Brantley? Or would they all have to earn their way back up the order?

Can't tell if trolling or hasn't paid attention in the past 1-2 months. Confused as how to respond.

Depends, how'd they get hurt? Did they want to play in the All-Star game as part of their rehab?

With the way Yuli's been hitting since he talked to Beltran, I'd say permanently behind Yuli. And we tried Correa down in the order last year, and it worked out pretty well.

Springer > Altuve > Bregs > Brantley > Yordan > Yuli > Correa > Reddick > Chirinos in 8/9 spots. Damn, that's an awesome lineup. But the top 6 have earned it solidly, and I can't see any reasons to shove Carlos up any further. Actually not sure he should be ahead of Reddick.

Regardless, I see no reason why this lineup shouldn't be racking up a lot of runs, so it had better do its job for our pitchers.

It would not be handed to him. He's earned batting up in the order over years of play. It isn't lost over a stint on the IL.

If Yuli's hitting the way he is right now, the answer is YES.

Not too long ago, people were questioning whether Yuli would even be an everyday player when they were back at full strength.

Sometimes you guys need to realize you’re not much better than every talking head/knee jerk reactionary out there.

    Recency bias is a disease.

So you must think Corrra should bat ahead of Yuli upon reconsidering. Either that or you like to troll, but don't like to admit it.

Not sure you want to upset the apple cart. Yuli is en fuego and being right after Yordan seems to be benefiting Yordan. So I think Carlos is after Yuli and if he rakes then bump him up.
