He already fired the entire assistant coaching staff... he's probably going to hire a bunch of high school basketball coaches to run our defense. Buying a new jet doesn't mean ****. Lets see in a few years when the Jet is outdated if he buys a new one again.

Uh...most teams don't have a jet. This is a big expense.

And I guarantee he won't hire HS basketball coaches.

Some of you people know nothing about Tilman. Don't fall for @Carl Herrera style memes about him being broke or something. The man has spent his money out of pocket repeatedly at UoH. When he fires coaches he hires ones who are more expensive. He's paying multiple coaches still at UoH that he's fired. When UoH fires a coach and hires a new one, they have to get Tilman's blessing because he's the one who covers the costs for the fired coach and the buyout for the new one, etc.

    Tillman Fertitta is Drayton Mcclane

    Daryl Morey is Gerry Hunsicker

Tillman Fertitta and Drayton cost cut the Entire Draft for Years

Those 100 loss seasons, lost a lot of fans.

Tillman and Daryl throw away their Future, by throwing away picks by trading away bad signings

How do you guys think a self-made billionaire works? By running around in a tophat lighting cigars with his $100 bills?

This is Tillman's business MO. He takes over companies, cuts the fat, raises profit and still runs a good business.

He also just bought a private Boeing 767 just for the team. Does that sound poor to you?

Wouldn't surprise me if he paraded that Boeing for several more years whenever someone is calling him poor.

We need a Boeing 767 type of player right now.

He absolutely will. He's in the entertainment industry. He knows how to pump his product.

this makes it sound like they are taking money out of basketball ops to pay for upgrades to corporate boxes and restaurants.

    Runs a good business? Maybe.

Aims to have the most award winning business?

    Nope.

I enjoy a team that tries to win. if I wanted to root for capital gains I'd guy season tickets to Goldman Sachs. I think being upset with tilman ducking the tax every year IS rooting for our team.

How the hell are they not "trying to win"? They already have one of the best all around line-ups in the NBA. Have been to the WCF, almost dethroned the Warriors, just traded the PG that just a week ago everyone hated but now loves, got the backup C that was needed, gave House his money, resigned Rivers, and who the hell is to say they are? One of Internet Smarks says one thing and you all jump on the bandwagon.
