    There is no good reason not to have taken back more salary other than being cheap. At a bare minimum they should have eaten the contract of 2Pat to use a future trade filler.

    It's kinda difficult to think otherwise at this point tbh...although in this specific case is still very possible that we just couldn't get a deal done.

    Would love to know how much Gersson values Rob, if he's really the key for him to get Russell, i don't really think he would've traded Rob here for one or two meh 1st rounders.
