    I would definitely take him for the minimum but would be surprised if he came here.

    JR knows his best bet to getting another sizable contract is through Lebron. He'll be a Laker.

    He's not getting another sizeable contract no matter what.

    However, the bigger issue here is playing time.

    How many WTF moments can one game have and we still win. He is not our “Huckleberry” at this time. MDA would stroke out with JR Smith in our read and react offense.

    With the signing of Russ the Rockets can use all the shooters they can get. JR would be a good pickup in that regard. Though it’s more likely he is headed to LA with Lebron.
