    Say what you want about Russ and his fit in Houston, but He is a former MVP. Al ot of self-loathing Rockets fans out there sad that Morey did something.

    This just ruined my excitement for the season tbh.

    Oh well. I'll come back and be a told-you-so ass to all you ungrateful CP3 haters at several points throughout the year. Only satisfaction to get....

    A 1:1 trade would've been a swindle. And only then if the future works out... We gave them 2 firsts and a pick swap, right? And Westbrick wanted out.

    This is all Fertitta. Acting like Drayton McLane (stupid autocorrect) used to---trading picks to get older stars, to move the needle---and it's the same stupid $hit that put the Astros in the cellar for years and years.

    Westbrook has nothing the Rockets need, and is a longer, more expensive contract to boot.

    Expect Harden to demand a trade next year.

    Harden is probably the dude that signed off on this trade. I'm apprehensive about this trade too, but Russ is still in his prime. Come on, son.

    I for one, will enjoy watching them fight over the ball in the 4th. What're their respective usage numbers anyway? (Off to BB Ref...)
    Usage, Brodie 30.9 (Which is a gigantic decline from the 40s it used to be at)
    Harden, 40.5. Anyone else going to play?

    That James signed off on it---Hell, he probably asked for it---will not stop him from asking, "Who Farted?" "Pffft, this wasnt MY idea!", if this turns out to be the dumpster fire I think it will. I can't wait to see Russ jack up a gazillion 3s in this offense.
