So much for that desire to retire. Or that was just a lie they told to hide drama within the locker room. You expect this with player who are young with a ton of money and with agents and friends telling them how they are the next Michael Jordan, but not with career professional coaches. Not a great look for D’Antoni even if he acted professionally and treats his staff with integrity.
I wish him luck. With his style of players at his disposal, he could do a lot with a defense. Pelis should be interesting to follow next season.
yeah, i'm really worried about the defensive drop-off for houston. I'm convinced that our turn-around corresponded with Jeff Biz D coming back. I love the Turner hire, but i'm just worried that we have no versatile defenders on our roster save for PJ Tucker, and none with the length and athleticism to match up with the western conference teams.
I'm unhappy at this. JB has been made the scapegoat for Houston's problems. Yes, our defense broke down when it was needed to be at it's best, but an assistant can't override the head coach. We were underhanded too, when it came to length and defense.
Happy for Jeffrey Biglydick This ORG did him wrong. Force him to come out of retirement and then can him
