    House works if they upgrade the pf spot to say a Kevin Love. But if not a bonafide stud at sf would be great

    What a steal. For comparison I'd take Rivers at vet min over Bev at his current deal any day.

    Well now I have a TON of respect for Rivers. I know this isnt a HUGE move but it really does make me feel better about the offseason... especially considering the bargain we got him for.

    I did not expect that at all.

    So a very good role player just came back for the Vet minimum. Who were the ones in this thread that said he was a very very very bad player and that this was a bad signing again?

    great pickup for the minimum!!!

    Now on to using the rest of that $5.7M on a starting SF (so ego can come off the bench again), and then the BAE to add depth to the 4/5 spots.

    Getting Rivers on the Vet minimum has to be the steal of this free agency period. I don’t think any deal is going to beat it.

    Wow vet min! Hope Morey don't screw up the remaining space by acquiring dross like last year's MCW or Melo. Otherwise Rivers would be fuming lol as I think he could get more at other teams.

    Morey must have looked real pathetic, war room in shambles after the NBA black balled the Rockets yet again. With no other viable FA's, Austin Rivers must have pitied Morey. Bless your heart Austin.. There is a place for you in paradise.

    What a steal at the vet min and we still can offer roughly $12M over 3 and $24M over 4 to two players.. pushing up to the hard cap
