What do you sell them on besides no taxes? Guess what, these guys are making millions that don’t really care about taxes.

How do you pitch Houston over LA, Miami, NYC? What does Morey have on his Surface Pro for Houston?

Maybe he has the flight lists of how easy it is to get to those city's from here? Lol.

Honestly, Houston is a great place to live, but it's certainly understandable why young men with millions of dollars prefer the cities you mentioned. Houston just can't offer that. It is what it is.

It's never going to happen. We're not considered an iconic franchise unfortunately outside of Harris County

Not the city of Houston... it's the franchise in the city of Houston.

Build a culture and it starts right at the top. Owner, Gm, Star Player, Coach

Besides that just move the team to Vegas

It's easy really. All you need to do is build an offense around the team instead of one player.

Houston has three loops, including the largest loop in the world, Grand Parkway.

You have to do what San Antonio does. Draft great players and keep them together. A great core attracts ring chasers.

Houston will never be able to compete with LA, Miami, and NY when it comes to attracting millionaire athletes. If you had 100 million dollars, and could be paid the maximum allowed for your services, would you choose Houston? I wouldn't. It's a good city. But there are more appealing cities in the states for sure.

New York seems to be struggling in this department. LA WENT through a rough stretch b4 lebron came. (See Aldridge).Didnt even meet with LA and chose San antonio. Miami hasn't had a top free agent since Lebron left...

    Stop the pity party

Besides the lakers, I can’t name a franchise that get more high end talent to come in

Houston is probably middle of the pack at worst in the next tier of cities past LA/NYC/Miami. Houston is a pretty good city to be wealthy in: whether more than Dallas or Atlanta is subjective, but Houston is popular with retired athletes.

Jalen Rose put Houston as a "top 5 chocolate city".

By not being a meddling GM nerd that forces coaches and players to play spamming the foul lane and 3 pointers offense while 1 player gets his stats up.
