I'd like to think that the last 2 games were intentionally bad but I'm not feelin it.

Qatar and Japan are the two teams invited by the CONMEBOL (South America’s soccer federation). Usually, before, it’s Mexico and either USA or some other team from CONCACAF.

Steffen, Zardes, and Arriola have been bad in recent games. I wish we could see Adams and Sargent in this one.

Sargent isn't on the squad and this was the strangest most horrible 4-0 performance I've ever seen.

Best the USA has looked in like forever.

    Attacking and free flowing football.

    We needed that.

Isn’t their team young on average? The future may be looking decent.

Have only read the summary and seen some of the highlights. From what I’ve read,y only concern is the continued slow starts. I hope they take the 2nd half aggressiveness and apply it to more of the 90 minutes going forward. Trinidad is certainly a stronger opponent that Guyana...but they’re not very good overall. Now, I wouldn’t say I’d expect a 6-0 thrashing, but I’d expect an easy win.

I really hope this is a learning experience for them that they can be this good over 90 min and quit dicking around for large stretches of games.
