Yeah, tbh i don't really know who we'll try to target (probably everyone lol), but just saying, if on paper Tucker is the difference that makes you trade for a guy like Davis, you do that, if he's the difference between getting a guy like Love you don't.

Only way he’d be traded is in a scenario you get a Kawhi or Davis

There is not one team in the league that will give anything more than a second rounder for a 34 year old Tucker (diminishing returns). Sad, but true. Expect to see some interest in Gordon and Capela, as they still have upside to their careers.

Nah, you would definitely get a 1st round pick for Tucker, he's old, but keep in mind he didn't play a lot in the nba, that's probably a big reason why at 34 he's still at his best, and his contract is still very good, 8M for two more seasons with the last unguaranteed...that's great value for a team who wants to compete, i can even see a guy like Ainge give up the 14th pick for PJ if he's not moving that for a star.

If there is one person I would want to keep on the current Rox roster, it's PJ Tucker. PJ works hard at every aspect of the game.

Erry body else can go, including Harden (for the right deal of course).

This. The Rox will never advance very far in playoffs while their star milks 17 seconds off the shot clock while dribbling....then hopes something good happens.

So, who do we trade him for that will be better against golden state that we can realistic get?

Maybe there’s other MVP caliber players laying around that nobody wants.

The chemistry is going to be spectacular if no one gets traded and wins will just pile up with a disgruntled coach

Trading PJ Tucker while expecting to compete for a ring is genuinely moronic

Kinda hard to imagine a trade that doesn't involve another team, tbh.

If I had to give up Tucker to get Jaylen Brown I would do that in a heartbeat.

Add Brown and trade Gordon,Paul or Capela for a stretch 4, then sign Holmes in FA and the Rockets would have what they need to truly compete with the Warriors.

I'm so lost. Everyone wants to trade cp3 and claim we would IMPROVE by trading him? I'm not talking about his contract because it's not my money but I understand the restraints it puts on Rox to be able to make other moves. My point is, HOW do you trade CP3 and UPGRADE? I don't see it.

Also, all the "Tucker is the heart and soul of the team" talk is cute but before him, Bev was the "heart and soul of the team" and we didn't look back if it meant upgrading the team.

Love PJ but if he lands us someone that can upgrade then sayonara!

Well, on one hand, ever since Harden kept destroying the Rockets with such play when he was with OKC, no one here has wanted to rein in the 17 Second Milk.

On the other, we're damned lucky to have Harden and who the hell would you realistically trade him for.
