Chris seemed to shrink in game 2 after James was injured by the brutal jackass, but he will rebound and become a big part of our resurgence at home. I believe! Just cut down on the turnovers, which are very unlike you, dude, and shoot more. The rest of your game? Bring it.
He needs to shoot. He really needs to shoot the ball a lot more with less breathing space. He hesitates so often, confidence seems shot.
Because if you actually believe Harden is a ball hog you are either a imbecile or a Lin fan. We’re giving you the benefit of the doubt.
I think Cp3 is playing conservatively cause of his hamstrings. He is not sure if they will hold up, so he can't go full throttle. Just my opinion,...
That’s my take as well. Seems like all year he’s been sort of holding back. Well there might not be another game to hold back for after today. There might not be another season too he can be this close to a title. If not now, when? Honestly he probably should’ve been more assertive later in the season to get the team playing more comfortably with him getting his shots. Expecting him to just turn it on against the Warriors was a bit foolish.
And still people will talk about Morey as if he's some kind of genius who has brought us six championships, instead of what he is: a better-than-average GM who is a master of numbers but has some hits and some misses on his resume, year in and year out.
Morey is seriously overrated. He wouldn’t have a job if he hadn’t gotten lucky with Harden. Harden is 30 now and how does he reward his last remaining likely chance at a title.....by picking up Iman Shumpert as the only move at the trade deadline (and giving up a first round pick).
Are we talking about the same dude who holds on to the ball for 20 seconds out of a shot clock every other possession to finally make a move and has one of the highest usage rates in NBA history?
It's just not in his game at this point. He isn't going to learn how to play off ball over the course of a few days. Maybe an entire off-season of work might change that but it ain't happening this series.
Paul is not the problem. Shumpert is a huge problem. 1-8 shooting, don't play defense. 11 million dollars + first round pick + second round pick + valuable expiring contract
The way people talk about CP3 you'd think he sucks. He's one of my favorite players to watch of all time.
Honestly, if Clint played like half the player he was we'd by up 2-0 and not even having a discussion
