Rockets will play the Utah Jazz in the first round

    OKC and the Warriors are the hardest teams for us.

    It's inevitable we have to face the Warriors.

    I'm happy with our placement. I would have been bummed out to draw OKC first round.

    I would have preferred to play the Spurs, but the Jazz would be my second option.

    I would've preferred the 2nd seed and the Spurs. It would've been a tough series because Pop owns D'Antoni, but the 2nd round would've been much easier(well, unless OKC were to advance).

    But now we get the 2nd easiest first round opponent after the Clippers which I'm fine with. It's not like we won't have to deal with the Warriors eventually anyway, so bring em on in the 2nd round.

    I think most people want to see the best teams meet later in the playoffs. The western conference finals may seem anti-climactic without the Warriors and Rockets playing each other.

    Why? Chris Paul will be healthier than he would be if we played them one round later, and Harden less gassed. I like it.
