Next game isn't until Friday? Aw.

Looking for revenge against Philly tbh. The last time we played them was...not pretty.

Athough, I always want more talent to cover for our deficits, I'm starting to realize that our Rockets have begun to overachieve just like the last season. It's too bad that TF and DM and perhaps MDA to some extent, didn't address the need for more quality role players from the beginning of the season. The MLE wasn't used adequately.

That game last night reminded me of a Sugar Ray Leonard/Tommy Hearns bout. What a great night in the NBA.

    Go Rockets!

That was definitely impressive, but that 3rd quarter run was just awful. Glad we made up for it. Green and Rivers were very key, CP3 had some crisp passes, but that defense by Gordon, Capela, Clark at times, Harden and Tucker was solid for stretches. We look hella confident, glad Thomas / Hill pointed that out at the end of the broadcast. Look at what the Celtics did to the Warriors and the Raptors have done to other teams. We are clicking at the right time and now need to beat OKC into the ground next time we see them!

Toronto has the best defence in the nba but unfortunately for them the best offensive player in the world got going and blew them out

Not one mention of the Rockets on ESPN homepage this morning. But there are about 3 or 4 different Warriors articles. Cousins’ “scuffle” is the leading story.

Good. Let the Rockets operate under the radar for a while. Then suddenly one morning, the media will wake up to discover the Rockets have leapfrogged over the Nuggets, Thunder, and Blazers to wind up in 2nd place. Which BTW would all but lock up the MVP for Harden.

That's why I'm still peeved about that Lakers game we lost right out of the break.
We would be on a 7-0 run right now and have 3rd seed outright
But we're DEF moving in the right direction

We also didn't have Clint last game (NOR Faried). Embiid owned us.
We were relying on Nene to control the paint.
Hopefully Clint can help neutralize Embiid
DEF a statement game. If we can come back and beat those guys the NBA should take notice

If Clint is at his best against a fit Embiid, we will always have a chance.

I totally could see DreamShook sporting this bag.

And this is what @Louka's girlfriend (who gives him his powers) carries around all the time

damn 19 points in the 4th. Players can barely get 19 in a game. This guy did it in the 4th quarter against Toronto IN TORONTO, hitting step back threes, droppin floaters, with the refs swallowing their whistles. The guy is a monster!!!!!!!!

Indeed. I was writing about the remote possibility of his return, in response to Remlap's post.

What's that? You questioned the best player in the league? You can be excused this time.

I get it, he looked bottled up by that defense and zebra crew. But, Harden is at a new level. He could be struggling but he can find it when it matters most. This cat has been carrying this entire team all freakin' season. Thankfully the bench wanted to play in Canada for once.

A team win on the road with Harden struggling was just what the Rockets needed to build the confidence and learn from. They already got a team win in Oakland with out Harden. Now all the boxes are checked. Go get Philly!
