Nah...Lowry is a deserving starter. Lin fans will be fine with Lin coming off the bench. Same thing like when he was in Charlotte...Walker was deserving of starting there. It's not like Ronnie Price or even Patrick Beverley starting ahead of him.

They disagreed so much that they were all more than willing to let him go for practically nothing.

 

Raptors sure like former Rockets

 

Makes sense for all parties. Hawks has too many wings with Taurean Prince and Bazemore getting healthy, and the rookie Kuerter has been on a roll. Lin gets to have a consistent role on a competitive team. The Raptors adds depth at both guard positions. He seemed like a good teammate at Atlanta and got along with everyone. I'm pleasantly surprised he was able to come back and still be pretty effective on the court, but clearly that explosive first step is gone.
