    Just not very developed.

There are red flags about his output versus his skill set/talent.

Little seems to have his criticisms but that could just be to overexposure and a player of his talent will polish up quickly. If Little has a great combine his stocks will certainly rise.
This is a pretty good OL class and any of the top 20 or so should be starters.
Texans also need help on the interior which is overlooked.
I would be stoked if we landed Beau Benzschawel in the second.
We may not fix all our oline woes this offseason, but if we can nail down one side, that will open up some more options.
The other side should benefit from having the competition and the pick of the best still on the roster.

I have been a fan of Benschawel for a couple of seasons now. He would be a Great pickup in the 2nd.
If the Texans were to go 3 linemen in the first 3 picks(which I know they wont)it would be ideal imo if 2 of them were Swiss army knife type OL that can play multiple positions on the line. So maybe go with Risner(OT/OG) in the 1st then Deiter(OT/OG/C) and Benschawel in the 2nd.

I'm hoping the Texans end up with 2 of these

    Dillard/Little at LT

    Risner/Edoga/Scharping/McGary at RT.

What I really hope happens is Trent Brown gets signed in FA.

My understanding that the knock on Little is the system he plays in. It's not that he does anything wrong, it's just it doesn't show him doing things that you do in the NFL so there is uncertainty.

Laramy Tunsil translated just fine, though. At some point with every player you have to evaluate how willing and motivated they are to adapt. It's a bigger unknown with Little, but nobody comes to the NFL and is so ready they dont have to learn anything.

Ultimately you have to evaluate the person, which obviously is much easier to to for teams with face to face meets than via TV or over the internet.

I was a big Corey Coleman guy and missed big on that because apparently he was either unwilling or unable to play anything but Baylor's sandlot football style offense. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink.

What I can see for a Little looks noticeably better than the pack, though.

Great news. One draft pick closer to getting a franchise LT.

This could be good and bad for him. He might end up falling in the draft but to a playoff team.

Hope he has a great recovery and study the NFL while he's out. Basically a redshirt year.

I understand your fascination with brown but he was rated very low this past season didn’t grade out well at all.

    This is hilarious.

I don't know one person that can honestly say they tuned into a football game just to watch one specific offensive lineman.

Every person on this board from the past, up until now, that claims to "watch film" on anyone, from a prospect to a current player... only watches the highlights. Maybe some PFF video breakdown on certain players, but that's still not "watching film" on players.

I'm sorry to say this but if you sit here and claim to have watched every single play of Trent Brown's during the Patriots playoffs, I don't think anyone here will believe you. I sure as hell won't.

Works just fine for me when I click on it using two different phones from different carriers.

Might want to call tech support.

I'll have to try it on my phone. This will become useful, prior to draft time for the Texans this April.

I watched the Pats in the playoffs and focused on Brown because he was going to be a FA and the Texans need a LT. I did the same with Davenport this season. Not every single play, but yes I taped the game and rewound to get a feel for how Brown was doing. Guess where they ran the ball for both GW TD's against both the Chiefs and Rams? Between the Brown and the LG. His pass pro was good in the playoffs.

Spend 5 minutes looking at the highlights of those games if you dont want to spend a couple of hrs like I did.
