    If she meant this literally, which she didn't. She could be terminated, yes. You'd have to phrase it differently in America, "So it looks like you've been spending some significant time in the weight room lately, right?" Something like that... Something benign, there are no compliments to be given here in America on objectifying looks alone, and yes we've lost it.
