He's mostly frustrated with himself. He demanded a trade from Cleveland so he could be the main guy on another team (away from Lebron). James isn't even in the Eastern conference anymore and Kyrie's team isnt at the top of the east nor is he near the top as a player. They don't respect him as a leader and the media is low key hinting the Celtics were better without him when they asked why did he think they're not as good. I'm sure he has a lot to sit there and think about. There's no way Tatum should have gotten the last shot with Irving and Hayward on the floor. Unfortunately the bad thing about them winning so much last season is that now you have a bunch of young players expecting to build off last season (with agents most likely down management's throat cause their players need the ball more) along with star players coming back expecting to lead players who've already led themselves close to the promised land. You can't tell a bunch of players who were right there they don't know what it takes. He can't be that type of leader there. He would be a better fit with the Knicks, Atlanta, or any team that sucks.
I guess he'll end up staying in Boston, but this dude look so Knicks bound to me...kinda perfect to be the new Melo.
The young kids almost made it to the finals last season without Kyrie. That's more than Kyrie has ever been able to do without Lebron.
All those young guys plowed through the playoffs last year and got within a few buckets of making the Finals, all without Kyrie. He should show his teammates a little respect, since they actually do have real experience playing under pressure.
Bingo. That’s why most the media that crap on harden n his free throws doesn’t realize he is doing this without much talent now.
Oof, lots of Kyrie disrespect in here. Celtics will turn the corner post ASG as usual. Kyrie will lead them to the Finals. I don’t think they need to make any changes. It’s just a matter of everyone accepting/understanding their roles because the talent is definitely there.
Hayward coming back killed it in my opinion. Just added another person you have to run plays and feed the ball too. Early this year, Hayward wasn't in much of the Celtics offense. I'm sure he said something about it.
Horford isn't as good as he was last season. Their young players aren't as good as everyone thinks. Anthony Davis trade rumors. Kyrie taking too much advice from Kobe.
Giannis or Kawhi would eat Kyrie for breakfast...provided Kyrie doesn't suffer a season ending injury like he has had every 3 years or so. Kyrie is simply the most overrated star in the NBA you are seeing somebody who is great at scoring but sucks at almost every other facet of the game including leadership it seems. Only hope for Celts is to cash in their assets and get AD I think he can save their season.
Sometimes more talent is not a good thing. You need the right amount of stars and guys who know their role. The Lakers got better after they got rid of Nick Van Excel and Eddie Jones despite them being all star. We did better without howard.
They don't have a leader on that team at the end of the day. Minutes to hayward are hurting the team, and they have no identity. Its been weird to watch this year.
Too much talent, a LOT of egos (including Smart) and "hungry," talented players who want minutes. Also, whispers of dissent about "Daddy's" minutes taking away from healthier guys. It's the Kyrie/Al/ Twin/ Gordon show with his guys like Tatum playing solid roles. The team is stacked and guys are rotting on the bench. They'll make a move. Terry wants out the most, and I agree with him. JB needs to be on a team that can help him develop. This year should have been a major turning point for him, but the minutes aren't in his favor. #Beandip
I don't know, but I'm pretty happy about it. Lebronto and the Mucks don't have enough talent to compete if we run thru the west
