    1. Pad assist totals
    2. Get Capela easy opportunities at the basket
    3. Capela gets so many FT opportunities that his FT% ends at >65%, triggering the 500k bonus
    4. Harden capitalizes on the hush-hush deal he had with Capela, in which Capela gives him 50k of that bonus
    5. Harden blows the 50k on a non-consecutive one-week binge at Treasures during the offseason.

It's all part of the plan.

Guess I’m watching a different team.

    Those passes are awesome.

They connect way more often than not. When they don’t and it’s a turnover, it’s one of the “better” types of turnovers in that it doesn’t lead to a fast break going the other way.

It makes the defense run back harder.

It keeps Capela engaged and rim running.

It increases pace in a smart way not just to take less efficient early shot clock shots.

OBVIOUSLY if they aren’t working or have a poor conversion rate he needs to slow down but that doesn’t seem to be the case currently.

honestly, if they convert at over a 50 percent rate, then it's a good shot. There is no difference between a turnover and a missed shot.

This. Harden and LeBron do this. They are also the two most gifted offensive players of their era, and arguably of all time.

    They get some deference here.

It's insane how incredibly awesome James Harden is on offense and how he has somehow managed to put an entire additional tier between himself and Westbrook, Curry and Durant recently. I mean nobody even knew there was such a tier. LeBron occasionally went there but he's basically an immortal. Harden is on that tier.

Speaking of Durant, how is it that Harden's legacy is probably going to be greater than Durant's? How many of us would have thought that a year ago.

The homerun passes don't bother me as much as the lazy passes to someone 5 feet away at the top of the arc. Those are annoying.

If Harden actually plays QB, will Bob O'Brien and his incompetent offensive line get Harden killed?

What about the between his own legs, no look pass to a wide open teammate on the 3pt line?

    I liked that one

i bet you any money right now mayority of ppl think durant is better than harden because he has rings and finals mvps

rings and mvps is so overrated...of course hell have multiple rings when hes playing on a team with 4 allstars hof coach and 6 hofers

basketball fans only know how to compare players by rings. It's oversimplified and misleading. Rings are how you compare teams, not players.

Sir Charles Barkley does not have a ring, so he get picked on and bullied in the TNT studio.

    That is lyfe for him.
