I guess Clowney had to get a fine to remind us he played against the Colts.

Watching the Colts get absolutely exposed as frauds makes me glad the Texans aren't up against the Chiefs

These idiots have stuck with Joseph and Kareem since 2011 now they coming to terms they need better corners after letting the best one we had walk to another team in the division

Letting Bouye walk was ridiculous, but to be fair we did waste a 1st round draft pick on Johnson. Nobody knew he would be injury prone and a bust. Maybe Johnson will actually do something next year but I want a Pro Bowl cornerback to join our team.

lol More like sht HC couldn't assess talent and gave GM his blessing to let the corner walked away. Pretty delusional to believe former GM had full control of the team roster.

Well if you want, they can probably get him back, the Jags are likely to cut him as a cap casualty.

Facts... this organization is so slow it's like they're behind the times... somewhere stuck in the 90's.

Really screwed the pooch in 2017. Could have franchised/re-signed Bouye or signed Stephon Gilmore.

    Welp

We know they would never beat the Patriots.

    The headphones would go out.

Since BoB has come on board, the Texans have arguably spent more resources on TEs than we have on CBs.

They did spend a first round pick on one, it's just that they picked a bust.

BOB should have pushed getting the first round bye as a more serious goal.

In today's passing league, with all the rules geared to help the offense, you need to have good shutdown corners. You can never have enough good corners. In 2016, Texans had one of the best defenses and that was without jj watt, a lack of a pass rush and turnovers. The success was due to the secondary, specifically the corners, which imo, were the best group of corner backs in the league that season.

    AJ Bouye- Shut down CB.

Joseph was younger and still in his prime.

Kevin Johnson- I know fans like to **** on him now, but he was really good for the first one and a half seasons of his career before the injuries. There were times where people thought he was our best cb.

Kareem Jackson has always been a solid cb behind joseph. When he's now your third or fourth best cb, I'd say your secondary is pretty good.
