I like Doncic he’s really good but how is he worth a vote at forward over Lebron, kd, PG13 and AD? He’s good but he’s not as good as those players and it’s not like the Mavericks are one of the top teams in the league. Now that's a real discussion instead of pure hate. All-star voting is just a popularity contest. I agree he is not as good as Lebron, KD, PG, AD. But he definitely deserves an all-star. Statistically he made more clutch shots than anyone of these 4 players as a 19-year-old rookie. Based on the second return, it looks like D-Rose and D-Wade will start as well. Does Derrick Rose deserve to start All-star game? He is definitely not better than Harden. But you can make a case for him as he bounced back amazingly since the ACL injury which is inspirational. I would not like it if Harden can't receive enough votes to start as I think he doesn't receive enough credit given his amazing performance. But hey, Yao Ming also started the All-star game over Shaq back in 2002 averaging just 13PPG.

I don’t really ever vote for players of other teams but I have no problem with those that do assuming they also vote for the appropriate rockets guys. I don’t think you’re hard or an old school fan for calling Luca fat or fat-boy or fat Euro. That just makes you silly. That kid is LEGIT. I was mad when the hawks traded him. He would have been great with John Collins and Huerter. I thought he’d have been great with Booker. I thought he’d have been amazing with Fox. If there’s a silver linings, Dennis Smith Jr is probably overrated and might eventually get moved and Cuban and Luca will keep the Mavs good enough to not get a great pick (lotto aside).
